Refund policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong product received)
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity:
- Used items
- Personalized products
- Items returned without prior approval
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
ExchangesWe currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend:
- Returning your original item (if eligible) following our return process above.
- Placing a new order for the item you'd like.
If you received a wrong or defective item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
